We use Hyper-V to create and run the NxTop virtual machines in the console, which is where the rub is. The application itself would likely run, but it would be missing this key piece of functionality. We have actually run NxTop Center successfully in the cloud with a hosting provider that uses Hyper-V. We would be happy to share those details if you are interested. Which version are you running? Is Smart Memory allocation turned on? If so, and this is 2.0 beta 7 or later, try.... 1. Turn off Smart Memory. 2. Stop the (running) Nxtop. 3. Restart the NxTop Engine. 4. Start the (other) NxTop first, then the second one. 5. If both start successfully, turn Smart Memory Allocation back on. I'm using a resource account that is also a member of domain admins. I've configured the A/D dialogue correctly, but when I 'Test Active Directory' I get the following error; Error: Could not create a computer account with the given principal credentials. Obviously a problem with the Computer Base DN, but the account I'm using should have permissions. Nothing I've tried seems to get past this. I've even created a new OU, and delegated all rights to this account. I reconfigured the NXT A/D settings to reflect this, but still get this error. The account I'm using seems to be fine for the rest of the tests.
